The International Real Estate Federation was founded in Paris, France in 1948 as the Federation Internationale des Administrateurs de Biens et Conseils Immobiliers, and the French acronym, "FIABCI," is still used today to signify the original international association of associations devoted to all real estate specialties and activities.
Operating chapters in over sixty countries and comprising over one hundred twenty-five national real estate related associations, and the most prestigious international real estate universities as academic members, the FIABCI family encompasses two million real estate professionals worldwide. The word, FIABCI, is globally recognized as meaning "Professionalism in International Real Estate."

Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association (HoREA) is a voluntary public organization consisting of individuals and corporations of economic sectors engaged in real estate business.
On 20 January 2005, HoREA was established in accordance with Decision No.292/QD-UB.
In order to blow a new, fresh breeze into the real estate market in Ho Chi Minh City as well as construct an information bridge on issues related to real estate all over the country in general and in Ho Chi Minh City in particular, HoREA launched its website www.horea.org.vn in 2005.
HoREA has been working very closely with Vietnam Ministry-Departments -Agencies at Central and Municipal levels, with its members who are developers, brokers…, with local mass media and many international professionals who go to Vietnam for investment opportunities…
Besides, HoREA has set up relationship with FIABCI, NAR, APREA…
Currently the Association has 969 members, in which there are 565 corporate members and 397 individual members.

The IMCC keeps good cooperative relationships with 3600 large- and medium-sized cities, 2100 venture investment companies, 4100 chambers of commerce, 1800 large funds, 6900 urban sustainable development organisations and other agencies that specialise in education, health, culture, environmental protection, energy, finance and urban planning. It also has close ties with 15,354 international governmental and non-governmental organisations and 19,514 key leaders.
Drawing on its global resources and professional executive team, the IMCC has successfully cooperated with UN-affiliated agencies, governments, international organisations, global business and the media. We have built up strong and stable relationships with governments and have an international network.

The Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore (REDAS) represents all key property developers as ordinary members, and related businesses/ professionals like architects, engineers and property consultants as associate members. Recently, REITs Trusts and REITs managers have been eligible for ordinary membership.
Aimed to protect and safeguard the interests of its members, REDAS is active in making representations on matters that concern the planning, organisation, promotion, development, financing and administration of businesses in real estate and public utilities. To uphold the quality of products by REDAS' members, we organize seminars and provide conciliation panel services for purchasers of residential property.

The Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) is the national body representing local land surveyors, quantity surveyors, valuers, property managers, property consultants and real estate agents at the professional level.
Our members actively service the real estate sector and construction industry. They also help shape Singapore's vast built-city environment - from land development design & implementation right through to final issue of strata title.

Thai Appraisal Foundation is a non-profit organization. Its function and status is for the profit of property professions as a whole, consumers and the general public.
It is dedicated to fostering higher standards of professional practices in the fields of property valuation and related areas; at the same time it aims to provide a forum for free and uncensored discussion of any important issue affecting appraisers in Thailand.
